Categorise your discussions with your customer
One of the easiest things to do is speak to lots of customers and not go back and aggregate it.
If youāre using something like AirTable, you can categorise your target audience into groups.
For example, if I was speaking to Hair Professionals I might group them by experience level, job type and tag them by the types of services they offer.
The output would be some charts which tell me what my sample size looks like:
45% of my segment have 1 - 2 years experience
23 % of my segment have 2 - 5 years experience
etc, etc
