  1. Gather all the transcribed User Interviews

  2. Extract the key quotes and put them on Google Jamboard

  3. Start your analysis session in person or remote using Mural or Miro (time-box it to 25 - 25 mins)

  4. 10 mins for everyone to do affinity mapping

  5. 10 mins for everyone to dot vote

  6. 5 mins for everyone to prioritise across (Customer Delight, Customer Value, Cost/Benefit analysis, Differentiation analysis)

  7. Decide on what the MVP will be.
