#139 How I built the online book club without writing a single line of code
This week I did mobile optimisation, created some default placeholder text using a query string, www.example.com/page1?key-value and finished the online book club.
People asked why I did the online book club and the mobile ghana directory app. I was just sharpening my skills. There are so many low-code tools making life easier that I want to see what’s possible when it comes to building quickly.
I’m hoping that myself and others can start to create things. So many things that we use are built by code, code that only a fraction of the world understand and that’s a problem.
Imagine if only 1 in 400 people could write, we would be stuck in the dark ages and millions of people are being shut out from solving the worlds problems, feeding peoples passions and mitigating peoples fears
You don’t need to code to build something of value on the internet these days boy 🙌🏾
Design
This week, I learnt more about aspect ratios, how to get a collection of images to look great even though they are different sizes.
