The more I discover about the outcomes we seek to deliver the more I see data as a useful tool. I am surrounded by so many smart people and I’m sure God willing you will hope yours is too.
Data helps to cut through the clutter and know where to start asking questions about our supposed business model, value proposition, how users are using our product, where opportunities lie, etc. Don’t get dogmatic about #BigData because data has always been a good tool but this is a good read if you don’t have the time to get too deep right now.
