#34 Untapped market opportunities
What matters more than the accolades we seek from others from others when building our product?
You know me, I love a good discussion about business models, understanding the ‘why’ and also the 'how’ aka execution. In my Christmas trip to Nigeria I was fortunate to engage with a few interesting minds and I also was keen to understand how they intended to come up with solutions to the current market problems.
As a product person, I am always a bit nervous when I hear our diaspora talking about solutions as if we have a silver bullet - especially when we may not really understand the context. I am sorry, but we still need to understand the true desired outcome as well as the appropriate experience.
