2017 some people were in the lab, and after incubating their ideas boom, they hit 2018 with a bang. The startups launched, let’s get it cracking.
I always want my peoples to move fast, no-one can stop us. But the truth is, if you’re not succeeding you will come to a slow, gradual halt yourself. This week THREE people I know just couldn’t make simple changes to their product because they are working with freelancers. That covers your ‘what’ and 'how’ but don’t really count on a 'why’. In the early days it may not be a pain but eventually, it’s exhausting because you’re the one telling them what to do.
Please, whilst you’re at work or studying make friends with technical people. Not just because you want a startup built, but it’s good to have working relationships with people from all walks of life.
