#46 - It's Actually Okay Not To Know What To Do Next (loads of tools!!)
I really mean this. I feel like people expect us to be able to tell them how everything will pan out from start to finish - but that’s not really how it works. All the people that smash it just get on with it in the end and that’s the whole reason behind the Agile mindset.
There is never really a shortage of good ideas, but if you’re in the early stage I suspect you are in exploring the problem space more than ever. That means not having all the information and speaking to users early and often. The quality of feedback you get from users is directly in line with how good you are as an interviewer and there are loads of ways to improve your user research skills.
