#51 - Who Am I Writing For?
I am writing for people who people who are building tech startups and want to do it the right way. Whilst you are working on your side-hustle you should be exploring the problem space but you don’t need to have everything figured out.
Having gotten the right team that play on its strengths and a good understanding of the market you can really start exploring the problem and use good tools and techniques to help you be the best at solving your users products. I also believe there is a massive opportunity for diverse perspectives with untapped market opportunities.
For me, I love being in the thick of it and looking for ways to add value. Some of the relationships I have have given me the opportunity to work on projects that are more fulfilling that just getting a fat pay-check. I would hope that one day, I will be able to work on something myself that will be super impactful.
Let's Build Great Products
GREAT template to get you started on user interviews
I came across this during the week, you get more value when you do better interviews so if you are yet to do one here’s good
One of the things I really like about building products is that it is a constant evolution of value. You are constantly looking at what the market needs and trying to see if you can solve important problems.

A nutrition style labll for companies, to highlight diversity, pay gaps and values
Helpful Tool(s)
FoamBoard - take the user story with you
If you’ve ever done exercises like story mapping, empathy maps or persona’s, you may want a way to share your work with stakeholders.
This tool has come in handy when I want to bring customer insights to the team
