As long as you’ve got a good reputation, get the results and treat people well you’ll go far - even if you don’t have the leverage in the beginning. These man both came from nothing to something and we’ve seen the journey.
In anything you do in life you’ve got to do the groundwork - the compound effect is the result of a lot of hard work. The things that are consistent about you in good and bad days shows.
