1/ Do a Lean Canvas 2/Define 3 broad segments ( create a brief and script and start listening to users) 3/ Understand how your users describe the problem in their own words 4/ Think about 3 solutions and choose the one which gives you the highest impact and will help you learn more about your business model in the process 5/ Be willing to change when evidence presents itself. Even better would be to create an interactive experience to customise their selection/choice or show them what their ideal solution could look like.
