How well are you onboard, serving and offboarding your customers?

When I first started offering my services to people I remember finding that even though some people could convince people to start a conversation with them and hop on the call or build a great website to promote what the business does and capture leads; when it came to fulfillment a lot of people were struggling and is the number 1 reason they couldn’t scale.

I’ve been fortunate (and I’m grateful) to see how creative business owners think about this. Things like automating sending follow-ups to people who attend an event to those that want to give customers that first delightful experience that makes your business memorable. I’ve also built complex workflows for businesses that allow automating the parts of your business operations that don’t require human intervention, quicker than any human can.

It feels like we’re in a time where everyone reviewing spending and business owners are being forced to make cuts and the reality is that many prioritise owners’ compensation over expensive staff. I know this is going to affect the most vulnerable in our community so please make sure you’re part of a trade union.

I’m not a fan of cutting staff. Sometimes business owners have to do it and our ego gets in the way so we’re willing to save 1 person whilst sinking the entire ship of the business.

It’s dark times as there’s layoffs, a recession, and the cost of living is out of control so people are being smarter with what areas of their business they invest in.
