I love the growth mindset some people have.

• If one part of your business model is not working change it - change it.

• You made revenue last year, how can you be more profitable?

• What kind of clients did you enjoy working with last year, and how can you drive more referrals (it’s still the best form of marketing)

• What win/win partnerships can we create that benefit both of us?

I strongly believe in the compound effect. 1% better is progress and you can always be prepared for a world that no longer exists. Stay hungry, stay curious. This is my message for like-minded people.

• Disclaimer: I know next to nothing about the financial system. And it’s sad writing these as I know people that work there. Well in case you’ve been under a rock the last few days everyone is talking about Silicon Valley Bank US (SVB) becoming insolvent after people panicked and demanded withdrawals and FDIC (who provide deposit insurance for US banks) seized SVB to protect depositors. Experts say in a sense EU tech is kind of insulated but at the same time, American VCs were flowing into Europe and providing cash, liquidity, and validation. SVB UK is set to be declared insolvent soon according to Sifted. Link
