New Year, no resolution
Hello and this is my first post of 2023 and it feels good to be back in the swing of things.
I don’t believe in new years resolutions but I do believe in direction, timing, energy and being willing to change in the face of evidence. I’m sure it’s the same for you…in the last 12 months, I’ve had new experiences, milestones and lessons. I built 6 systems last year with more in the works and you know I’ll share the good stuff here that i
I had someone message me the other day who’s been following the newsletter for the last 5 years drop me a warm message about it still going strong and some of you have seen me grow with it. The common thread is that I’ve shared insights, and news for business owners starting, growing and scaling their businesses by leveraging technology.
3 things that I really respect about the best minds I’ve had the privilege of interacting with:
The identity they hold about themselves
They value and nurture the peer-to-peer network they have
They take incredible action and are willing to change in the face of evidence

Here’s a simple automation tip if you’re a service-based business year
After your initial call get your proposal sent to your customer within 5 mins so that initial time doesn’t linger where they start to question whether they should invest in your solution or get another opinion
Automate it so you can wow them, and that initial excitement gets them to take action quicker
