Robust systems and processes to get stuff done
How do you continue to get stuff done as more and more work comes in?
I had the fortune of speaking to the COO of a scaling company (managing a team of 23) and it was so enlightening hearing how she talked about bringing out the best qualities in the people that work for her. But I felt like the nitty-gritty of what allows them to deliver that outstanding service at scale is how she and her Co-Founder are on top of the work.
We use robust systems and processes to get stuff done, whether it’s a marketing plan, whether it’s a photo shoot, things need to be assigned, things need start dates and end dates. I see the efficiency in monitoring progress.
