This week I have been interfacing with Directors/Executives who want to drive the performance of the business but it seems like no one but me is asking about how valid our source of truth is. I mean, these KPI’s and Dashboards we want to interrogate, how do we know that it is based on a good source of truth?
Products change, the business change and this is something that needs to be looked at especially if we are making decisions based on it.
